In my late 40s, I broke the cycle. I came out of the closet. I left a 20-year marriage built on patriarchal conditioning. I stopped performing and started living.

But freedom didn’t fully land until I ran a 27-month experiment that rewired my mind, shattered the Nice Girl script, and unleashed a level of clarity and power I didn’t know was possible.
