For decades, I lived under Nice Girl Training (NGT) – programmed to be small, agreeable, and accommodating. I played the role. I built a life that looked good on the outside while battling self-doubt, masking my true self, and sacrificing my power.
Then, in my late 40s, I broke the cycle. I came out of the closet. I walked away from a 20-year marriage built on patriarchal conditioning. I stopped performing and started living.
But even after reclaiming my truth, I still felt trapped by old conditioning. No matter how much I achieved, the weight of NGT was still there.
That changed when I ran a 27-month experiment that rewired my mind, shattered the hold of NGT, and unleashed a new level of power and clarity. I didn’t just break free – I burned the whole script.
