Every year, as the 365 days that we lump into a year passes in a nanosecond, we are at the same time refreshed from renewal and overwhelmed with the idea of making this year better than the last.

And, without a plan, most will make this year the same as the last – beginning with hopeful optimism and ending with hoping that next year will be better. A vicious cycle that most are doomed to repeat.

But, what if you changed it this year? What if, you did something every single day that made this year better than the last, and not only that, but made your whole life better? Maybe you have a book in mind that you’ve always meant to write. What if you took 15 minutes to write every day? How far along would you be by the end of the year?

Sometimes, we look at things as big projects that could really be conglomeration of smaller, manageable projects.

What if you did something everyday that was just to make yourself more aware, more in touch with your surroundings, more grateful? Would that change your life?

Hailey Bartholemew did just that and ended up with a project that has changed her life and I would imagine is changing the lives of most of the people that find out what she’s done. Take a moment to watch this video – it just may change your year…

You Are a Powerful Badass

July 21, 2019 I remember the very first time I turned the camera on myself. It was 2008. I had purchased a "Flip" camcorder (anyone remember those?). The moment I pressed record and that little light turned red, I froze. What the hell was I supposed to say? I felt so...
